摘　　要：青少年游泳后备人才的培养质量关乎我国竞技游泳的可持续发展。该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法及深度访谈法,对我国青少年游泳后备人才培养体系进行了系统考察。研究发现,当前培养体系已呈现出多层级结构特征,但在人才选拔机制、教练员培训体系、竞赛组织体系等方面仍存在显著不足。针对上述问题,该文提出构建动态跟踪的选材评估体系、建立教练员实战导向的培训机制、优化竞赛组织与管理机制等具体建议,旨在为完善我国青少年游泳后备人才培养体系提供理论支撑和实践指导。The quality of cultivating reserve talents for youth swimming is related to the sustainable development of competitive swimming in China.This article uses literature review,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview methods to systematically investigate on the training system of Chinese youth swimming reserve talents.It is found that the existing training system has formed a multi-level structure,but there are still obvious shortcomings in talent selection mechanisms,coach training and competition organization system and other aspects.In response to these problems,this research puts forward specific suggestions such as constructing a dynamic tracking evaluation system for selecting materials,establishing a real combat training mechanism for coaches,optimizing the competition organization and management mechanism,etc.,in order to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for improving the training system of Chinese youth swimming reserve talents.
