摘　　要：运动训练学与课程思政的融合是全面落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径之一。该研究运用文献资料法、比较分析法和逻辑归纳法,从挖掘思政元素、凝练融合价值、探索改革路径及完善多元评价体系等方面,构建了课程思政体系。通过专业理论课、实践教学课、情境教学课以及线上精品课等多种课程形式,有效讲述思政故事,传承思政精神。课程以系统专业的教学内容,解答了为什么练、练什么、怎么练、练多少,以及练习效果如何等核心问题,持续拓展了体育课程的立德功能,不断完善了课程思政的资源体系与影响机制,为体育课程思政的高质量发展提供了有力支持。The integration of sports training and ideological and political education in the curriculum is one of the crucial approaches to fully implement the fundamental task of Lide Shuren.This study uses methods such as literature review,comparative analysis,and logical induction and the ideological and political education system in the curriculum is established from aspects of excavating ideological and political elements,condensing integration values,exploring reform paths,and perfecting the multi-evaluation system.Through multiple curriculum forms such as professional theoretical curriculum,practical teaching curriculum,situational teaching curriculum,and online high-quality curriculum,ideological and political stories are effectively presented and the spirit of ideological and political education is inherited.The curriculum systematically and professionally provides teaching content,answering core issues such as"why to train""what to train""how to train""how much to train",and"how effective to train".It continuously expands the virtue-cultivating function of physical education curriculums,and constantly improves the ideological and political education resource system and influence mechanism of the curriculum,provides vigorous support for the high-quality development of ideological and political education in physical education curriculum.
