摘  要:评估含麦角硫因、薰衣草花提取物和二肽-4的精华液C与含视黄醇和胶原肽的精华液A联合使用对皮肤衰老的改善效果。通过紫外照射建立离体皮肤组织老化模型,早晚分别施用精华液C与A。采用免疫荧光检测细胞外基质(ECM)成分、氧化应激指标及羰基化水平。结果表明,联合使用精华液C与A显著提高表皮活细胞层厚度和真皮层成纤维细胞密度,并增强ECM成分(Collagen I、Elastin和Fibrillin-1)的表达。精华液A增强了C对Nrf2及其相关抗氧化蛋白(SOD、HO-1和GSHPx1)表达的促进作用,并抑制羰基化。精华液C显著增强了A对TGF-β1表达的促进作用。此外,联合使用显著增加了屏障蛋白LOR表达,修复皮肤屏障。精华液C与A早晚联合使用能有效改善皮肤衰老,表现出协同效应。This study evaluates the synergistic anti-aging effects of combining Serum C,enriched with ergothioneine,Lavandula angustifolia(Lavender)flower extract,and dipeptide-4,and Serum A,containing retinol and collagen peptide,on skin aging.An in vitro model of skin aging was established using UV irradiation,followed by the application of Serum C in the morning and Serum A at night.Immunofluorescence staining was used to assess extracellular matrix(ECM)components,oxidative stress markers,and carbonylation levels.Results showed that the combination of Serums C and A significantly increased the thickness of the viable epidermal layer and the density of dermal fibroblasts,while enhancing the expression of ECM components(Collagen I,Elastin,and Fibrillin-1).Serum A potentiated the effect of Serum C on the expression of Nrf2 and its associated antioxidant proteins(SOD,HO-1,and GSH-Px1),and inhibited carbonylation.Serum C significantly enhanced the ability of Serum A to promote TGF-β1 expression.Additionally,the combination treatment significantly increased the expression of barrier protein LOR,aiding in skin barrier repair.The combined morning use of Serum C and night use of Serum A effectively improved skin aging,demonstrating a synergistic effect.
