摘 要:针对青贮机宽幅割台存在传动结构复杂、转场运输困难等问题,以6.0 m折叠式青贮机割台为研究对象,设计模块化的传动系统,对液压折叠装置、圆盘切割器和喂入滚筒进行优化设计。提升割台工作的稳定性和拨禾、喂入作业效率,降低青贮玉米秸秆收割损失率。利用Solidworks软件中Simulation插件对圆盘切割器进行疲劳分析,得到最大损坏百分比小于0.001;对主梁进行静态分析、模态分析,优化后主梁最大固有频率为0.66 Hz,避免收割作业时发生共振,有效保障割台工作安全性。试制割台样机,与CLAAS JAGUAR950青贮机配套进行田间试验。试验表明:该割台传动效率高、工作安全稳定、收获效果良好,收获损失率为1.31%,作业效率达到2.67 hm~2/h,实现青贮玉米的高效收割作业。To address the challenges posed by the complex transmission structure and transition transportation of wide-width cutting tables in silage machines,this study focused on a 6.0 m folding silage machine cutting table as the research object.A modular transmission system was designed,and the hydraulic folding device,the circular disk cutter and feeding drum were optimized to enhance performance,thus improving the stability of the cutting platform and the efficiency of the reaping feeding operations,and reducing the loss rate of harvesting silage corn straw.Fatigue analysis of the circular disk cutter was performed using the Simulation plug-in in Solidworks software,and the maximum damage percentage was less than 0.001.While static and modal analyses were performed to optimize the main beam structure,and the maximum natural frequency of the main beam after optimization was 0.66 Hz,avoided the occurrence of resonance during the harvesting operation and effectively ensured the safety of the cutting platform.A prototype cutting table was fabricated for testing.Field experiments were carried out using the CLAAS JAGUAR950 silage machine.The results demonstrated that the cutting table achieved high transmission efficiency,operated safely and stably,and delivered excellent harvesting performance.Key metrics included a harvest loss rate of 1.31%,an operation efficiency of 2.67 hm^(2)/h,and effective harvesting of silage corn.These findings indicate that the optimized cutting table design meets the demands of efficient silage harvesting.
