摘　　要：数字信息化安全管理是企业信息安全保障的重要支柱,6S管理在优化工作环境、提升工作效率和培养员工习惯方面具有独特优势。本文剖析了两者的内涵与特点,探索了数字信息化安全管理与6S管理的融合模式,为企业实现数字化转型提供了新的思路。Digital information security management is an important pillar for ensuring the information security of enterprises.6S management has unique advantages in optimizing the working environment,improving work efficiency and cultivating employees'habits.This paper analyzes the connotations and characteristics of both,explores the integration model of digital information security management and 6S management,and provides new ideas for enterprises to achieve digital transformation.
