信息化视角下地勘企业财务管理转型策略探讨

摘　　要：在信息化背景下,传统财务管理模式已无法满足企业发展需求,财务管理转型成为必然。本文提出了财务管理模式总体架构,包括账务处理系统、预算管理系统、工资核算系统和财务管理核算系统,重新划分管理权限,提高协作能力和工作效率,还建立科学合理的考核体系,对各部门在财务管理的工作情况进行考核。最后,结合实际情况对资源进行有效整合和分配,以实现获得更多价值的目标,讨论了企业财务管理中下属公司和集团总部应具备的权限,以及规范财务管理基础的重要性。为实现财务管理创新,需要确保财务管理的科学化和规范化,通过优化组织架构,实现对财务活动集中管理,保障集团对子公司的运转情况充分了解,并使相关制度落实。In the context of informatization,traditional financial management models can no longer meet the development needs of enterprises,and the transformation of financial management has become inevitable.This article proposes the overall architecture of financial management mode,including accounting processing system,budget management system,salary accounting system,and financial management accounting system.At the same time,redistribute management permissions to improve collaboration skills and work efficiency.Establish a scientific and reasonable assessment system to assess the work of each department in financial management.Finally,effectively integrate and allocate resources based on actual situations to achieve the goal of obtaining more value.This article also discusses the authority that subordinate companies and group headquarters should possess in enterprise financial management,as well as the importance of standardizing the foundation of financial management.To achieve innovation in financial management,it is necessary to ensure the scientificity and standardization of financial management,optimize organizational structure,achieve centralized management of financial activities,ensure that the group fully understands the operation of its subsidiaries,and effectively implement the system.
