摘 要:高等教育数字化转型对教师知识结构、思维方式、能力素质提出了新的要求。基于此,本文聚焦教师信息技术、科技前沿与教育教学过程深度融合的能力,将知识图谱引入教师融合素养评价,从教师的技术应用、教学方法策略、自我发展等多元角度,设计并构建基于知识图谱的评价模型,诊断教师目前融合素养的发展状态与特征,并针对河北省内部分高校教师进行实践应用,依据可视化评价结果,从培训体系建设、数字化课程设计和创设学习型组织等方面提出提升教师融合素养的对策建议,助力教师信息化教学转型与专业发展。The digital transformation of higher education has put forward new requirements for teachers'knowledge structure,thinking mode,and ability quality.Based on this,the article focuses on the ability of teachers to deeply integrate information technology,cutting-edge technology,and the education and teaching process.The knowledge graph is introduced into the evaluation of teachers'integration literacy.From multiple perspectives such as teachers'technology application,teaching methods and strategies,self-development,etc.,a knowledge graph based evaluation model is designed and constructed to diagnose the current development status and characteristics of teachers'integration literacy.Practical applications are carried out for teachers in various universities within Hebei Province.Based on the visualized evaluation results,countermeasures and suggestions for improving teachers'integration literacy are proposed from the aspects of training system construction,digital curriculum design,and creating learning organizations,to help teachers transform into information-based teaching and professional development.
