摘  要:文章以“一闸三线工程平潭段”为例,采用无人机和地面观测相结合的方法进行水土保持监测。发现本项目各分段开工时间不一致,导致全线总工期较长。管线主要沿城市主干道敷设,施工完毕后立即采取了绿化措施,各分段的建设期较原方案预测时段更短。此外,建材矿山禁采政策极大地提高了项目土石方的综合利用效率,使得项目取土、弃渣场未启用。建议方案编制阶段应适当减少施工期的水土流失预测时段,可按分段施工时间进行水土流失量的预测。无人机技术将项目水土流失监测从定性阶段提高到定量阶段。Taking the Pingtan section of the One-Sluice-Three-Lines Project as a case study,this article proposes a monitoring method that integrates unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV)with ground observations for soil and water conservation assessment.It is found that the inconsistent commencement times of various sections of the project have led to a longer overall construction period for the entire project.The pipelines were mainly laid along the main urban roads,with immediate implementation of greening measures post-construction.The construction period for each section proved shorter than the projection in the original plan.In addition,the policy prohibiting mineral extraction for construction materials has greatly improved the comprehensive utilization efficiency,made the designated borrow pits and spoil areas unused.We recommended that during the plan preparation phase,construction-period soil erosion forecasts should be appropriately reduced,with predictions calibrated according to the schedules of each section.The UAVs technology has transformed from qualitative to quantitative for the monitoring of soil erosion in the project.
