摘　　要：本文回顾了科研机构发展改革历程,结合新时代特点分析了食品安全科研机构应承担的历史使命,从战略性定位、“卡脖子”技术、科研成果转化人和才队伍建设四个方面探讨了新时代下市场监管科技创新体系面临的问题与挑战,就如何构建体系化、全局性食品安全科技创新机制提出了建议。This study systematically reviews the evolutionary trajectory and reform process of research institutions and analyzes the historical mission that food safety research institutions should undertake in the context of the new era.Then,discusses the problems and challenges faced by the market supervision technology innovation system from four aspects:strategic positioning,key technologies,tiered talent structure and transformation of scientific research achievements.Finally,five recommendations were proposed.
