组态视角下广西卫生资源配置效率的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:从组态视角出发,分析影响广西卫生资源配置效率的多种因素,为提升广西卫生资源配置效率提供建议。方法:通过DEA-BCC模型分析广西14个地级市2018-2022年卫生资源配置效率情况,结合模糊集定性比较分析法,从组态的视角对广西卫生资源配置效率的影响因素进行分析。结果:在2018-2022年中广西仍有7个地市的综合效率均小于1,占整体的50%,说明有一半的地市存在非DEA有效或DEA弱有效的状态;fsQCA结果显示,在必要性结果分析中,前因条件的一致性均<0.9;在2018-2022年组态中共析出12条路径,其中有4条路径出现重合,该重合的路径总体一致性>0.87;人口集聚度作为核心条件在路径中出现的频率高,总体占比为67%,整体路径的核心条件出现波动转移的趋势。结论:广西卫生资源的配置效率会受到多个因素的影响,若要提升广西卫生资源的配置效率,应从人口集聚度、城镇化率、经济等因素的角度出发,关注这些因素的联合互动作用,并采取针对性措施加以改善。Objective:From a configuration perspective,this paper analyzed multiple factors that influence the efficiency of health resource allocation in Guangxi and offers suggestions for enhancing the efficiency of health resource allocation in Guangxi.Methods:By using the DEA-BCC model to analyze the efficiency of healthcare resource allocation in 14 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi from 2018 to 2022,and combining the method of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis,this study analyzed the influencing factors of healthcare resource allocation efficiency from the perspective of configuration.Results:From 2018 to 2022,there were still 7 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi with overall efficiency less than 1,accounting for 50%of the total,indicating that half of the prefecture-level cities were in a state of non-DEA efficiency or DEA weak efficiency.According to the fsQCA,the consistency of the antecedent conditions in the necessity result analysis was all less than 0.9.In the configuration of 2018-2022,a total of 12 pathways were analyzed,of which 4 pathways overlapped,and the overall consistency of the overlapping pathways was greater than 0.87.The frequency of population agglomeration degree as the core condition in the pathways was high,accounting for 67%of the total,and there was a trend of fluctuating transfer of the core condition in the overall pathway.Conclusion:The allocation efficiency of health resources in Guangxi is influenced by multiple factors.To improve the allocation efficiency of health resources in Guangxi,we should start from the perspectives of population concentration,urbanization rate,and economy,pay attention to the joint interactive effects of these factors,and take targeted measures to improve them.
