国内外医护人员心理健康状况研究热点和趋势的文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的:梳理分析医护人员心理健康状况研究热点与研究趋势,为聚焦医护心理健康状况的热点研究提供参考。方法:检索并筛选2013年1月1日-2023年12月31日中国知网和Web of Science核心合集数据库国内外医护人员心理健康状况研究论文,运用CiteSpace 6.2.R6软件进行可视化分析。结果:经筛选后共得到571篇文献。医护人员心理健康状况研究发文数量整体呈上升趋势,英文研究数量高于中文研究,研究机构以高校为主。中文研究词频前3位的关键词为心理健康、医护人员、护士,英文文献词频前3位的关键词为burnout(职业倦怠)、mental health(心理健康)和job satisfaction(工作满意度);对关键词进行聚类分析,中英文研究分别得到8个聚类,包括医务人员、医护人员、社会支持以及association(联系)、healthcare quality(医疗质量)、compassion fatigue(共情疲劳)等。结论:英文文献医护人员心理健康状况研究主题更加细化且视角更全面,研究围绕医护人员心理健康与职业、社会关系,医护人员共情疲劳,工作场所暴力研究三大主题展开;国内医护人员心理健康研究快速发展,中文文献主要集中在评估和影响因素领域,研究热点受政策影响经历三个阶段。新时代对医护人员心理健康关注提升,多层次、全方位构建医护人员心理健康管理体系成为医护人员心理健康成为未来研究重点。Objective:To examine the recent hotspots and trends in research on the mental health of medical personnel,both domestically and internationally,and provide reference for the research focusing on the hotspots of medical personnel.Methods:Research articles on the psychological health of medical personnel published between January 1,2013,and December 31,2023 were sourced from the Chinese(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)and English(Web of Science Core Collection)literature.CiteSpace 6.2.R6 was utilized for visualization and analysis,including publication volume,authors,institutions and keywords.Results:A total of 571 articles were obtained,and the number of published articles on mental health research of medical personnel is on the rise as a whole,and the number of English studies is higher than that of Chinese studies,and the research institutions are mainly universities.In Chinese research,the three keywords with the highest frequency of word are mental health,medical staff and nurse while in English studies,the top three keywords are burnout,mental health and job satisfaction.Keywords could be divided into eight clusters for both Chinese and English research,including medical personnel,medical staff,social support,association,healthcare quality and compassion fatigue.Conclusion:The topic of literature on the mental health of medical personnel is further refined and the perspective is more comprehensive in English studies.These studies have focused on three major themes:the mental health of medical personnel in relation to their occupation and social factors,healthcare worker empathy fatigue,workplace violence Chinese research on the psychological well-being of medical personnel emerged relatively late and focuses primarily on assessment and influencing factors.The studies'focus has gone through three distinct phases influenced by policies.In the new era,the focus on the mental health of medical personnel has increased.Future studies on the mental health of medical personnel will focus more on developing a
