技术社会论视角下中医技术整体主义研究

摘　　要：由于中医和传统文化之间的深厚关系,中医在现代化转型过程中面临着体量巨大、融合艰难、本末倒置的三重困境。坚持和发展中医技术整体主义,可以在一定程度上解决中医现代化转型的困难。对中医技术整体主义进行理论分析可以发现,中医技术整体主义是理一分殊的共性式整体论、阴阳运动的生成式整体论、元气生发的核心式整体论。在医疗实践中应当发扬中医技术整体主义的策略方法,具体的方法包括:医促文化文引医,技术社会相调剂;通晓全科精专科,针砭医药莫分离;预诊疗养过程全,医者病患视角齐;传承创新互促进,技器合道成一体。Due to the deep relationship between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and traditional culture,TCM faces three difficulties in the process of transformational modernization:huge scale,difficult integration,and misaligned priorities.Adhering to and developing the technological holism of TCM can solve the difficulties of modernization transformation of TCM to a certain extent.Through theoretical analysis of the technological holism of traditional Chinese medicine,it can be found that the holism of TCM technology is the general holism of Li Yi Fen Shu,the generative holism of Yin and Yang movement,and the central holism of Qi.In medical practice,we should carry forward the strategic methods of technological holism of TCM,promote the interaction between medicine and culture,and encourage the adaptation of technology and society.Doctors should be proficient in general practice and specialized subjects and shouldn’t make acupuncture and medicine be separated.We should focus on the whole process of prevention,diagnosis,treatment and health care,own a holistic view of both the doctor and patient.In the field of TCM,inheritance and innovation are supported by each other,technology,utensils and Dao are integrated into a whole.
