摘　　要：目的:探究山东省乡村医生中医适宜技术推广情况及其影响因素,为进一步提高基层中医服务能力提供决策支持。方法:采用多阶段随机整群抽样,于2020年10-11月,对山东省1077名乡村医生开展问卷调查,使用SPSS 25.0进行统计分析。结果:86.5%的乡村医生采用过中医适宜技术,5项中医适宜技术采用比例为针灸(55.6%)、推拿(15.7%)、拔罐(10.2%)、中药热敷(9.7%)、单方(8.7%)。乡村医生的年龄、养老保险、学历、专业等因素会影响其对中医适宜技术的推广;同时,资金补贴不足、政府支持力度不足、基础设施缺失、技术人员缺失、当地居民接受度不高以及医师资格证较难获得等因素也会阻碍中医适宜技术的推广。结论:山东省乡村医生中医适宜技术开展比例较高,但中医掌握技术有待提高,需要加强人才培养,同时需要政府创造有利的环境,助力中医适宜技术的推广。Objective:To understand the factors affecting the promotion of appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in village doctors,and to provide decision support for further improving the service of TCM at grassroots level.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1077 rural doctors in five districts of Shandong Province using multi-stage random cluster sampling,and SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:86.5%of rural doctors had promoted appropriate techniques of TCM,the proportion of five traditional Chinese medicine suitable techniques:acupuncture(55.6%),massage(15.7%),cupping(10.2%),hot compress(9.7%),unilateral(8.7%).Rural doctors'age,endowment insurance,educational background,professional and other factors will affect their choice of suitable TCM technology.At the same time,insufficient financial subsidies,insufficient government support,lack of infrastructure,lack of technical personnel,low acceptance of local residents,and difficult to obtain professional qualification certificates also hinder the promotion of appropriate TCM technologies.Conclusion:Rural doctors in Shandong Province have a high proportion of TCM suitable technology development,but TCM master technology needs to be improved,personnel training needs to be strengthened,and the government needs to create a favorable environment to help TCM suitable technology development.
