摘 要:推行可验证自学模式是促进我国继续医学教育创新发展的重要举措,但当前我国对可验证自学模式的研究十分有限。英国继续医学教育的可验证自学模式实践经验相对成熟,对我国落实和推行可验证自学模式具有一定的借鉴意义。研究发现,英国继续医学教育的可验证自学模式在实践中形成了“计划-学习-评估”的联动闭环机制,其自学内容兼具统一性和差异性,验证方式以循证理念为导向。这一模式在实践中呈现出落实促进医生可持续发展的目标,贯彻自我导向学习理念,强调工作场景中的反思性实践等特色。英国继续医学教育可验证自学模式的实践经验启示我国应进一步完善顶层制度设计,改善继续医学教育中目标与手段置换的现状;在学习内容的选择上,赋予医生和基层医疗机构更多自主性;鼓励医生开展反思性实践,弥合学习内容与实践的脱节。Promoting the self-accreditation of relevant activities and documented reflective learning is an important initiative to advance the innovative development of continuing medical education in China.Since research on this model is currently limited in our country,drawing on the practical experience of the relatively mature self-accreditation and documented reflective learning model in the UK has significant reference value for the implementation and promotion of this model in China.In practice,the UK's self-accreditation model has developed an interactive"plan-study-evaluate"closed-loop mechanism.The self-study content balances uniformity and diversity,and the accreditation methods are guided by evidence-based principles.This model effectively promotes the sustainable development of doctors,implements the concept of self-directed learning,and emphasizes reflective practice in the workplace.For China's continuing medical education practice,the UK's self-accreditation model offers the following insights:improve top-level institutional design to address the current misalignment between goals and methods;grant doctors and regional organizations more autonomy in choosing learning content;encourage doctors to engage in reflective practice to bridge the gap between learning content and practical application.
