摘  要:为培养学生的创新思维能力,在植物生理学实践教学中融入纳米二氧化锆对辣椒种子萌发和幼苗生长影响的科研创新实验。本文以“好辣七号”辣椒种子为实验种子,探究不同浓度(0 mg×L^(-1)、5 mg×L^(-1)、10 mg×L^(-1)、15 mg×L^(-1)、20 mg×L^(-1)、25 mg×L^(-1))纳米二氧化锆对辣椒种子萌发及其幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,在浓度为15 mg×L^(-1)时,辣椒种子的发芽势、根茎长和侧根数目具有显著差异(p<0.05),同时POD活性(p<0.01)和叶绿素含量(p<0.05)也达到峰值,从而确定15 mg×L^(-1)纳米ZrO_(2)悬浮液可以显著改善辣椒种子发芽势及其幼苗的生理生化指标。本实验有助于学生对教材知识的深层次理解,提高了学生运用前沿纳米材料处理辣椒种子及幼苗的能力,使学生掌握各种生理指标的测定和仪器设备的使用方法,同时可以使学生进一步了解科学前沿,提升了学生知识综合运用分析能力和科学素养。To cultivate students’innovative thinking abilities,an experiment on the impact of nano zirconium dioxide on the germination and growth of pepper seedlings has been integrated into the practical teaching of plant physiology.This study uses“Spicy Seven”chili seeds as the experimental seeds to investigate the effects of different concentrations(0 mg×L^(-1),5 mg×L^(-1),10 mg×L^(-1),15 mg×L^(-1),20 mg×L^(-1),25 mg×L^(-1))of nano zirconium dioxide on seed germination and seedling growth of pepper.The results shown that the germination rate,root and stem length,germination index of pepper seeds was significantly increase compared with the control group(p<0.05)when zirconia suspension concentration is 15 mg×L^(-1),meanwhile,POD activity(p<0.01)and chlorophyll content(p<0.05)also reaches their peak.The above results indicated that 15 mg×L^(-1) nano zirconium dioxide suspension can significantly improve the physiological and biochemical indicators of chili seed germination and seedling growth.This experiment helps students to understand the knowledge in the textbook more deeply,enhances students’ability to use cutting-edge nanometer materials to treat chili seeds and seedlings,enables students to master various physiological indicator measurements and the use of instrument equipment,and further allows students to understand scientific frontiers,improving students’comprehensive knowledge analysis ability and scientific literacy.
