摘 要:人机协作已成为人机交互的发展趋势,加强人对协作机器人的信任有助于提高个体对人机协作的接受意愿。采用问卷法探究人机协作场景中影响人机信任的关键因素,结果表明人对协作机器人的信任由社会保障、表现期望、感知支持、感知控制、感知稳定性组成,这五个因素均与个体对协作机器人的信任呈正相关关系。最终构建的包括人口统计变量、个体特征、信任因素的模型能解释人机协作场景中68.7%的人机信任差异。研究结果为协作机器人的设计与优化提供理论基础和实践启示。Human-robot collaboration has become a trend in human-robot interaction,and strengthening trust in cobots can help increase individuals’willingness to accept human-cobot collaboration.A questionnaire was used to investigate the critical factors of human-cobot trust in human-robot collaboration.A total of 300 participants took part in the survey.The results showed that human trust in cobots was composed of four factors:social security and performance expectations,perceived support,perceived control,and perceived stability.All four factors were positively correlated with individuals’trust in cobots.The final model including demographic variables,individual characteristics,and trust factors,was able to explain 68.7%of the variance in human-cobot trust in human-robot collaboration.The findings provide theoretical basis and practical insights for the design and optimization of cobots.
