摘　　要：该研究聚焦“信息化转译”策略,探讨信息设计在文化传承中的应用,并以“粤港澳大湾区饮食文化信息可视化”研究项目为例,阐释其赋能文化传承的实践路径。该策略强调深度文化解码、创新信息编码和精准受众解码,旨在实现传统文化在当代信息语境下的有效传播与价值再生。该研究对粤菜文化进行系统性研究,运用多元信息可视化手段进行创新表达,并通过展览等形式提升公众的文化认知与认同。研究通过对比分析信息图表设计在文化传承中的优势,强调其在研究视角、选题内容、传播力度等方面超越传统方法的效能。该研究不仅为信息设计领域推动文化传承研究提供理论参照和实践启示,还为粤港澳大湾区饮食文化的传承与发展提供新的思路。This study focuses on the"informational translation"strategy to explore the application of information design in cultural heritage preservation,using the Cantonese Cuisine Culture Visualization in the Greater Bay Area teaching project as a case study to illustrate its practical pathway for empowering cultural heritage.This strategy emphasizes in-depth cultural decoding,innovative information encoding,and precise audience decoding,aiming to achieve effective dissemination and revitalization of traditional culture within a contemporary information context.The project guides students to conduct systematic research on Cantonese cuisine culture,employing diverse information visualization methods for innovative expression,and enhancing public cultural awareness and identity through exhibitions.By comparatively analyzing the advantages of information graphics design in cultural heritage,this study highlights its effectiveness in surpassing traditional methods in terms of research perspectives,topic selection,and dissemination impact.This research provides both theoretical references and practical insights for the field of information design to promote cultural heritage research,and new perspectives for the preservation and development of Cantonese cuisine in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
