摘  要:高速铁路大跨度连续梁桥的成桥线形是保障轨道平顺性与行车安全的核心环节。结合沈阳至白河铁路某(60+100+60)m高速铁路连续梁桥工程案例,对桥梁线形控制及基于成桥线形的轨道平顺性进行优化研究。通过Midas/Civil建立全桥仿真模型,分析不同施工阶段的线形误差,探讨不同混凝土徐变和温度梯度规范的适用性;结合成桥线形特征与道床厚度调整限值,提出基于成桥线形的轨道线形优化策略。结果表明:实际成桥线形与理论线形的最大绝对误差为5.58 mm,吻合良好,符合施工要求;各规范中,中交18规范、中公15规范分别更适用于混凝土徐变及温度梯度效应预测,二者的预测值与实测值的均方误差最小,为2.54×10^(-5);同时,基于成桥实际线形,提出符合静态铺设高低平顺性要求的轨道线形优化策略,优化后轨道线形的短波不平顺最大为1.61 mm/5 m,满足要求。本研究可为高速铁路桥梁施工过程中的线形控制提供新的思路和实践经验。ctor in ensuring track smoothness and operational safety.This study focuses on the alignment control and track smoothness optimization based on the final alignment of a(60+100+60)m continuous beam bridge along the Shenyang to Baihe Railway.An entire bridge simulation model was established using Midas/Civil to analyze alignment errors during different construction stages and to evaluate the applicability of various concrete creep and temperature gradient standards.By integrating the characteristics of the bridge alignment and the adjustment limits of ballast thickness,an optimization strategy for track alignment based on the bridge alignment was proposed.The results indicate that the maximum absolute error between the actual and theoretical alignment is 5.58 mm,demonstrating good agreement and meeting construction requirements.Among the standards,the CCCC 18 standard and the CHD 15 standard are more suitable for predicting concrete creep and temperature gradient effects,respectively,with the smallest mean square error of 2.54×10^(-5) between predicted and measured values.Furthermore,an optimization strategy for track alignment was proposed based on the actual final alignment,ensuring compliance with static track smoothness requirements.After optimization,the maximum short-wave irregularity of the track alignment is 1.61 mm/5 m,which satisfies the requirement.This research provides new insights and practical experience for alignment control during the construction of high-speed railway bridges.
