摘  要:董仲舒纳阴阳、道入儒学,在建构起新儒学的同时也形成了其“新王道”论。其王道之“新”体现为:在内容方面,通过援引“三纲”,形成了有别于孔孟“心德”王道观的“王道三纲”说;在内涵方面,以阳主阴从、阴阳互补合而为一映射着“王道三纲”各自范畴的内在统一;在根基方面,将王道之仁正与天元品性联系起来,从终极本原意义上确证了王道大义。董仲舒的“新王道”观彰显了王道理想的完美性,潜在地指向了对现实政治秩序的影响、引导与塑造。Dong Zhongshu incorporated Yin-Yang and Dao into Confucianism,and while constructing the New Confucianism,he also formed his New Theory of Benevolent Government.The"newness"is embodied as follows:in terms of content,by citing the"Three Cardinal Virtues",he formulated the theory of the"Three Cardinal Virtues of the Benevolent Government",which distinguishes from Confucius and Mencius’s that is based on moral virtues;in terms of connotation,the intrinsic unity within the respective categories of the"Three Cardinal Virtues of the Benevolent Government"is reflected through the complementarity of Yang-dominance and Yin-submission,which together form a unity;in terms of foundation,Dong Zhongshu linked the benevolence in its theory to the nature of the Heaven,affirming the grand principles of the Benevolent Government in the ultimate sense of origin.Dong Zhongshu's New Theory of Benevolent Government serves to illuminate and highlight the perfect potential of the ideal of the Benevolent Government,implicitly pointing towards its influence,encouragement,and shaping of the existing political order.
