宫瘤消胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析子宫肌瘤患者接受宫瘤消胶囊联合米非司酮治疗的效果。方法选取因子宫肌瘤入院接受诊治的116例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组58例。对照组接受米非司酮治疗,观察组接受宫瘤消胶囊联合米非司酮治疗。比较两组治疗效果,治疗前后子宫指标(子宫体积、肌瘤体积),性激素指标(促黄体生成素、促卵泡生成素与雌二醇)。结果观察组治疗总有效率高达91.38%,高于对照组的74.14%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组子宫体积(102.32±11.44)cm^(3)、肌瘤体积(31.55±1.33)cm^(3)均小于对照组的(118.54±12.33)、(36.98±1.43)cm^(3)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组促黄体生成素(11.31±0.6)IU/L、促卵泡生成素(10.34±1.24)IU/L、雌二醇(12.32±2.32)pmol/L均低于对照组的(13.55±1.32)IU/L、(18.54±3.32)IU/L、(35.64±1.68)pmol/L(P<0.05)。结论对子宫肌瘤患者采用宫瘤消胶囊与米非司酮联合治疗,安全性较高,可改善患者症状。Objective To analyze the effect of Gongliuxiao capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods A total of 116 patients admitted for diagnosis and treatment of uterine fibroids were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 58 patients in each group.The control group received treatment with mifepristone,while the observation group received treatment with Gongliuxiao capsules combined with mifepristone.Comparison of therapeutic effect,and the uterine indexes(uterine volume,fibroid volume),sex hormone indexes(luteinizing hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone and estradiol)before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.38%,which was higher than 74.14%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume and fibroid volume were(102.32±11.44)and(31.55±1.33)cm^(3) in the observation group,which were lower than(118.54±12.33)and(36.98±1.43)cm^(3) in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the luteinizing hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone and estradiol were(11.31±0.6)IU/L,(10.34±1.24)IU/L and(12.32±2.32)pmol/L in the observation group,which were lower than(13.55±1.32)IU/L,(18.54±3.32)IU/L and(35.64±1.68)pmol/L in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hysteromyoma,Gongyuxiao capsules combined with mifepristone has high safety and can improve the patient's symptoms.
