探讨脑电仿生电刺激仪联合早期康复训练对脑出血手术患者术后肢体功能的影响

摘  要:目的探讨脑出血(ICH)手术患者实施脑电仿生电刺激仪联合早期康复训练对其术后肢体功能的影响。方法选取90例接受手术治疗的ICH患者实施前瞻性分析,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组接受早期康复训练干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予脑电仿生电刺激仪干预。对比两组患者干预前后肢体功能、神经功能、日常生活活动能力。结果干预后,两组上肢、下肢功能评分均显著升高,且观察组上肢功能评分(42.88±4.34)分、下肢功能评分(26.71±3.86)分均高于对照组的(36.49±3.82)、(22.81±3.35)分(P<0.05)。干预后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分显著降低,且观察组(10.37±1.76)分低于对照组的(12.92±2.17)分,两组改良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)评分均显著升高,且观察组(84.39±4.49)分高于对照组的(55.38±4.43)分(P<0.05)。结论对接受手术治疗的ICH患者实施脑电仿生电刺激仪联合早期康复训练干预,其神经功能、肢体功能明显改善,自理能力提升,临床应用价值显著。Objective To explore the effect of EEG biomimetic electrical stimulator combined with early rehabilitation training on postoperative limb function in patients undergoing intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)surgery.Methods A total of 90 ICH patients receiving surgical treatment were selected for prospective analysis.All patients were divided into control group and observation group using a random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received early rehabilitation training,while the observation group received additional intervention with EEG biomimetic electrical stimulator.The limb function,neurological function and activities of daily living before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of upper and lower limb function in both groups were significantly increased;the scores of upper and lower limb function were(42.88±4.34)and(26.71±3.86)points in the observation group,which were higher than(36.49±3.82)and(22.81±3.35)points in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score in both groups was significantly decreased,and the observation group had a lower NIHSS score of(10.37±1.76)points than(12.92±2.17)points in the control group;the modified Barthel Index(MBI)score in both groups was significantly increased,and the observation group had a higher MBI score of(84.39±4.49)points than(55.38±4.43)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of EEG biomimetic electrical stimulator combined with early rehabilitation training for ICH patients undergoing surgical treatment can significantly improve the neurological and limb functions,enhance their self-care ability,and has significant clinical application value.
