玻璃体切割治疗开放性眼外伤玻璃体积血患者的康复指导效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究玻璃体切割治疗开放性眼外伤玻璃体积血患者的康复指导效果。方法选择120例行玻璃体切割治疗的开放性眼外伤玻璃体积血患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组给予常规干预,研究组给予康复指导干预。比较两组患者疼痛程度评分、干预满意度、术后并发症发生情况。结果干预后,研究组疼痛程度评分(1.01±0.26)分低于对照组的(1.68±0.78)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率(1.67%)低于对照组(28.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预满意度(98.33%)高于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复指导干预可明显降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者对干预方式的满意度,改善疼痛程度评分,值得推广和应用。Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation guidance for patients with vitreous hemorrhage of open globe injury treated with vitrectomy.Methods A total of 120 patients with vitreous hemorrhage of open globe injury treated with vitrectomy were selected as the study subjects.They were divide into a control group and a study group using random number method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the study group received rehabilitation guidance intervention.The pain score,satisfaction with intervention,and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the pain score of(1.01±0.26)points in the study group was lower than(1.68±0.78)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group(1.67%)was lower than that in the control group(28.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with intervention of the study group(98.33%)was higher than that of the control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation guidance intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve patient satisfaction with intervention,and improve pain score.It is worth promoting and applying.
