基于专业项目式教学理念的“商业法”课程建设

摘　　要：“商业法”是经济管理类专业的核心必修课程,法治中国建设提出了新时代法学教育新要求。本文结合经管专业和“商业法”课程特点,探索应用先进的专业项目式教学理念,提出更新教育观念、精细化课程内容、加强课程实践等方面的教学改革。具体的实施方案包括:(1)基于专业项目式教学理念修订教学大纲,合理安排课时;(2)基于专业项目式教学理念调整教学内容,加强专业适用性;(3)增加案例项目教学,提高教学内容的实践性;(4)采用项目启发式教学,加强学生的学习意识;(5)采用项目模拟实践教学,创设良好的学习情境;(6)基于专业项目式教学理念改革考核模式。Business law is a core compulsory course for economic management majors,and build the rule of law in China has put forward new requirements for legal education in the new era.This paper combines the characteristics of economic management majors and business law courses,explores the application of advanced professional project-based teaching concepts,and puts forward the teaching reforms of updating the educational concepts,refining the course content,and strengthening the course practice.The specific implementation project includes:(1)adjust the teaching syllabus based on the concept of professional project-based teaching and arrange the class hours reasonably;(2)adjust the teaching content based on the concept of professional project-based teaching,and strengthen the professional applicability;(3)increase the case project teaching to improve the practicability of teaching content;(4)project heuristic teaching is adopted to strengthen students'learning consciousness;(5)use project simulation practice teaching to create a good learning situation;(6)reform the assessment mode based on the concept of professional projectbased teaching.
