摘  要:目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)联合下肢智能康复训练干预对脑卒中后偏瘫患者下肢运动、平衡功能的影响。方法选取2023年1月-2024年10月徐州市贾汪区人民医院收治的76例脑卒中后偏瘫患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用下肢智能康复训练干预,观察组在对照组的基础上联合rTMS干预,两组均连续干预6周。比较两组患者的平衡功能、下肢运动功能及日常生活能力。结果干预后,观察组Berg平衡量表评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分、改良Barthel指数评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论rTMS联合下肢智能康复训练干预可更好恢复脑卒中后偏瘫患者的下肢运动功能和平衡功能,作用较显著。Objective To investigate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with lower limb intelligent rehabilitation training on lower limb movement and balance function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 76 patients with hemiplegia after stroke treated in Jiawang District People’s Hospital of Xuzhou City from January 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received lower limb intelligent rehabilitation training intervention,and the observation group was combined with rTMS intervention on the basis of the control group,both groups were continuously interfered for 6 weeks.Balance function,lower limb motor function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the Berg balance Scale score,Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale score and Modified Barthel Index score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion rTMS combined with lower limb intelligent rehabilitation training can better restore lower limb motor function and balance function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke,and the effect is significant.
