喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁治疗对青少年双相情感障碍患者社会功能和负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的分析喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁治疗对青少年双相情感障碍患者的影响。方法选取山东省枣庄市台儿庄区人民医院2022年3月-2024年2月收治的82例青少年双相情感障碍患者为研究对象,按照随机信封法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组(n=39)采用丙戊酸镁治疗,观察组(n=43)采用喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、认知功能、社会功能、临床症状改善情况、负性情绪。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组临床总体印象疾病严重度量表-双相障碍版、社会功能缺陷筛选量表、Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组蒙特利尔认知评估量表各项评分均高于治疗前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在青少年双相情感障碍患者中采用喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁治疗,可提高患者的社会功能和认知功能,减轻负性情绪。Objective Analysis of the effect of quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate treatment on patients with adolescent bipolar disorder.Methods A total of 82 patients with adolescent bipolar disorder admitted to Taierzhuang District People’s Hospital of Zaozhuang City,Shandong Province from March 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects,divide them into a control group and an observation group according to the random envelope method.The control group(n=39)was treated with magnesium valproate,while the observation group(n=43)was treated with quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate.Compare the clinical efficacy,cognitive function,social function,improvement of clinical symptoms situation and negative emotions between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 79.49%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the Clinical General Impression-Severity-Bipolar Disorde Version,Social Disability Screening Schedule,and Bech-Rafaelsen Mania Scale in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of each item in the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Scale in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate in patients with adolescent bipolar disorder can improve their social and cognitive functions,and alleviate negative emotions.
