人文关怀护理联合团体绘画艺术干预对精神分裂症恢复期患者精神症状及社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨人文关怀护理联合团体绘画艺术干预对精神分裂症恢复期患者精神症状及社会功能的影响。方法 选择2021年10月—2023年9月贵州医科大学第三附属医院收治的82例精神分裂症恢复期患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用人文关怀护理联合团体绘画艺术干预。比较两组的精神症状、社会功能及认知功能。结果 干预前,两组精神症状、社会功能及认知功能比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组阳性与阴性症状量表中各个维度评分及总分均低于对照组,住院精神病患者社会功能评定量表中各个维度评分及总分与简易精神状态量表、蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 人文关怀护理联合团体绘画艺术干预可改善精神分裂症恢复期患者的精神症状,提高其社会功能及认知功能。Objective To explore the influence of humanistic care and nursing combined with group painting art intervention on mental symptoms and social function of patients in the recovery period of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 82 patients in the recovery period with schizophrenia of admitted to The Third Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 41 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group received humanistic care nursing combined with group painting art intervention.Mental symptoms,social function and cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in mental symptoms,social function and cognitive function between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the each dimension scores and total scores in the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the each dimension scores and total scores in the Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients,the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale were higher than those of control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care nursing combined with group painting art intervention can improve the mental symptoms patients in the recovery period of schizophrenia,improve their social and cognitive functions.
