明目理血汤治疗对非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者最佳矫正视力及黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨明目理血汤在非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)患者中的应用效果。方法选取徐州市中医院2021年3月—2024年2月收治的84例NPDR患者为研究对象,按随机掷硬币法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合明目理血汤治疗,两组均持续治疗6周。比较两组的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(CRT)、临床疗效、中医证候积分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,观察组BCVA优于对照组,CRT薄于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6周后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论明目理血汤治疗NPDR患者的临床效果显著,可改善其BCVA与CRT,进而减轻患者临床症状。Objective Objective To explore the application effect of Mingmu Lixue Decoction in patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR).Methods A total of 84 patients with NPDR admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random coin-tossing method,with 42 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Mingmu Lixue Decoction on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 6 weeks.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central foveal retinal thickness(CRT),clinical efficacy,and scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 80.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after treatment,the BCVA of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the CRT was thinner than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mingmu Lixue Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with NPDR.It can improve their BCVA and CRT,and further relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.
