尼莫地平与盐酸多奈哌齐、美金刚联合治疗老年痴呆患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨尼莫地平联合盐酸多奈哌齐、美金刚在老年痴呆(AD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月—2024年4月宁县人民医院收治的80例AD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用盐酸多奈哌齐联合美金刚治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用尼莫地平治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、认知功能、生活自理能力及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为85.00%,高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组阿尔茨海默病评定量表认知部分评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组日常生活能力量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尼莫地平与盐酸多奈哌齐及美金刚联合治疗AD的疗效确切,有利于提高患者认知功能和自理能力,且安全性较好。Objective To explore the application effect of nimodipine combined with donepezil hydrochloride and memantine in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods A total of 80 AD patients admitted to Ningxian People’s Hospital from March 2021 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride combined with memantine,and the observation group was treated with nimodipine on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function,self-care ability and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.00%,which was higher than 65.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Alzheimer’s Disease Assessment Scale-Cognitive score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the Activities of Daily Living Scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Nimodipine combined with donepezil hydrochloride and memantine is effective in the treatment of AD,which is beneficial to improve the cognitive function and self-care ability of patients,and has good safety.
