摘 要:目的探讨针对双相情感障碍(BD)患者开展团体接纳与承诺疗法联合日记式心理教育的效果。方法选择临沂市精神卫生中心(临沂市第四人民医院)2021年4月—2023年6月收治的86例BD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施团体接纳与承诺疗法联合日记式心理教育,两组均持续干预12周。对比两组的抑郁、躁狂情况及心理弹性。结果护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表、Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表评分均低于对照组,Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团体接纳与承诺疗法联合日记式心理教育能够减轻BD患者的抑郁、躁狂程度,改善心理弹性。Objective To explore the effectiveness of group acceptance and commitment therapy combined with diary style psychological education for patients with bipolar disorder(BD).Methods A total of 86 BD patients admitted to Linyi Mental Health Center(Linyi Fourth People’s Hospital)from April 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects,divide them into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received group acceptance and commitment therapy combined with diary style psychological education,both groups received continuous intervention for 12 weeks.Compare depression,mania,and psychological resilience between two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale and Bech-Rafaelsen Mania Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of all dimensions of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of group acceptance and commitment therapy with diary style psychological education can alleviate the level of depression and mania in BD patients,and improve psychological resilience.
