互动式头针疗法治疗脑卒中后肢体运动功能障碍患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中(CS)后肢体运动功能障碍患者应用互动式头针疗法治疗的临床效果。方法选取伊犁哈萨克自治州友谊医院2023年1月—2024年2月收治的52例CS后肢体运动功能障碍患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组26例。两组患者均给予常规CS康复治疗,对照组患者给予传统头针治疗,研究组患者给予互动式头针疗法治疗,两组均治疗1个月。比较两组的肢体运动功能、神经功能、平衡能力、日常生活能力。结果治疗1个月后,研究组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表中上肢功能、下肢功能评分及总分分别为(45.26±4.93)分、(26.79±3.62)分、(72.05±4.71)分,均高于对照组的(40.58±6.07)分、(23.87±3.18)分、(64.45±5.38)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组,Berg平衡量表、日常生活活动能力量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互动式头针疗法应用于CS后肢体运动功能障碍患者的治疗中,可促进肢体运动功能、神经功能的恢复,提高患者平衡能力及日常生活能力。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of interactive scalp acupuncture therapy in the treatment of patients with limb motor dysfunction after cerebral stroke(CS).Methods Fifty-two patients with limb motor dysfunction after CS admitted to the Friendship Hospital of Yili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and a research group according to the random number table method,with 26 patients in each group.Patients in both groups received routine CS rehabilitation treatment.The patients in the control group were given traditional scalp acupuncture treatment,while those in the research group were given interactive scalp acupuncture therapy,both groups were treated for one month.The limb motor function,neurological function,balance ability,and activities of daily living of the two groups were compared.Results After 1 month of treatment,the scores of upper limb function,lower limb function and total score on the Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale in the research group were(45.26±4.93)points,(26.79±3.62)points and(72.05±4.71)points,respectively,which were higher than(40.58±6.07)points,(23.87±3.18)points,(64.45±5.38)points in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score of the research group was lower than that of the control group,while the scores of the Berg Balance Scale and the Activity of Daily Living Scale were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interactive scalp acupuncture therapy in the treatment of patients with limb motor dysfunction after CS can promote the recovery of limb motor function and neurological function,and improve patients’balance ability and activities of daily living.
