头针疗法联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗在精神发育迟缓患儿中的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析头针疗法联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗在精神发育迟缓患儿中的临床应用效果。方法选取2021年4月—2023年7月深圳市罗湖区妇幼保健院收治的90例精神发育迟缓患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各45例。对照组采用重复经颅磁刺激治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合头针疗法治疗,两组均连续治疗3个疗程。比较两组的智力水平、临床疗效。结果治疗后,试验组韦氏智力量表评分中全智商、操作智商、言语智商评分分别为(58.53±14.34)分、(55.47±13.19)分、(54.69±12.05)分,均高于对照组的(52.67±10.61)分、(51.07±10.18)分、(48.80±12.02)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神发育迟缓患儿应用重复经颅磁刺激联合头针疗法治疗,有助于促进其智力水平和言语发育,临床疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of head acupuncture therapy combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation in children with mental retardation.Methods A total of 90 children with mental retardation admitted to Shenzhen Luohu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation,and the experimental group was treated with head acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 3 consecutive courses.The intelligence level and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total IQ,operational IQ and verbal IQ scores of the experimental group were(58.53±14.34)points,(55.47±13.19)points and(54.69±12.05)points,respectively,which were higher than(52.67±10.61)points,(51.07±10.18)points and(48.80±12.02)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.78%,which was higher than 86.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with head acupuncture therapy in the treatment of children with mental retardation is helpful to promote intelligence level and speech development,and the clinical effect is accurate and worthy of clinical promotion.
