摘 要:目的探讨穴位按摩联合团体语言社交训练对孤独症谱系障碍患儿的影响。方法选择2023年1—12月于新沂市中医院治疗的86例孤独症谱系障碍患儿为研究对象,采用掷币法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用团体语言社交训练干预,观察组在对照组基础上联用穴位按摩干预,两组均连续干预3个月。比较两组的孤独症行为、孤独症治疗效果、社会功能、沟通能力及发展年龄。结果干预3个月后,观察组孤独症行为检查量表中感觉、躯体运动、生活自理、语言、交往能力评分均低于对照组,孤独症治疗评估量表评分低于对照组,个人和社会功能量表评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孤独症儿童心理教育评核第三版量表沟通维度各个项目评分均高于对照组,各个项目发展年龄均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在孤独症谱系障碍患儿中应用穴位按摩联合团体语言训练,可有效提高患儿语言、行为认知、理解及社交等能力,促进症状改善,提高社交互动能力,提高语言表达能力,增强其社会功能,并可提高家属满意度。Objective To explore the influence of acupoint massage combined with group language and social training on children with autism spectrum disorder.Methods A total of 86 children with autism spectrum disorder treated in Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by coin toss method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with group language and social training intervention,and the observation group was treated with acupressure intervention on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 3 months.The two groups were compared for autism behavior,autism treatment effect,social function,communication ability and developmental age.Results After 3 months of intervention,the scores of sensory,physical,motor,self-care,language and communication ability of the Autism Behavior Checklist Scale in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of the Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of the Personal and Social Functioning Scale were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05);the scores of each item in the communication dimension of the Psycho-Educational Profile-3rd Edition for children with autism in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the developmental ages of each item were all greater than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint massage combined with group language training in children with autism spectrum disorders can effectively improve the children’s language,behavioral cognition,understanding and social skills,promote the improvement of symptoms,improve social interaction ability,improve language expression ability,enhance their social functions,and improve family
