小建中汤联合抗幽门螺杆菌四联方案治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨小建中汤联合抗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)四联方案治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡(PU)患者的临床效果。方法选取泰州市第二人民医院2022年1月—2023年12月收治的98例脾胃虚寒型PU患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用抗Hp四联方案治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用小建中汤治疗,两组均持续治疗1个月。比较两组的中医证候积分、临床疗效、胃肠激素、Hp清除情况、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃泌素、胃蛋白酶I、胃蛋白酶II水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的81.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的根除率为85.71%,高于对照组的65.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脾胃虚寒型PU患者予以小建中汤联合抗Hp四联方案治疗可有效减轻临床症状,调节胃肠激素水平,提高Hp清除率,且安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaojianzhong Decoction combined with the quadruple anti-Helicobacter pylori(Hp)regimen in the treatment of peptic ulcer(PU)of the deficiency-cold type of the spleen and stomach.Methods A total of 98 patients with PU of the deficiency-cold type of the spleen and stomach admitted to Taizhou Second People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was treated with the quadruple anti-Hp regimen,and the observation group was treated with Xiaojianzhong Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group,both groups were continuously treated for 1 month.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal hormones,Hp eradication status,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the levels of gastrin,pepsin I,and pepsin II in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.92%,which was higher than 81.63%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The eradication rate of the observation group was 85.71%,which was higher than 65.31%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with PU of the deficiency-cold type of the spleen and stomach,the treatment with Xiaojianzhong Decoction combined with the quadruple anti-Hp regimen can effe
