摘  要:目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)联合康复机器人手套治疗对脑梗死偏瘫患者上肢运动功能的影响。方法选取2022年8月—2023年7月广西医科大学第二附属医院收治的90例脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组、机器人手套组和联合组,每组30例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,机器人手套组在对照组基础上联合机器人手套治疗,联合组在机器人手套组基础上增加低频rTMS治疗,三组均持续治疗4周。比较三组的上肢运动功能、日常生活活动能力。结果治疗后,联合组香港版偏瘫上肢功能测试、上肢Fugl-Meyer量表和改良Barthel指数评分均高于对照组、机器人手套组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论rTMS联合康复机器人手套治疗脑梗死偏瘫患者可提升其上肢运动功能及日常生活活动能力,且效果优于单一治疗手段。Objective To investigate the effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with rehabilitation robot gloves on upper limb motor function in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group,a robot glove group and a combination group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,the robot glove group received combined robotic glove treatment on the basis of the control group,and the combined group received additional low-frequency rTMS treatment on the basis of the robot glove group,all three groups received continuous treatment for 4 weeks.The upper limb motor function and activities of daily living of the three groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of Functional Test for the Hemiplegic Upper Extremity—Hong Kong,Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Extremity and Modified Barthel Index in the combination group were higher than those in the control group and the robot glove group,the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion rTMS combined with rehabilitation robot gloves can improve the upper limb motor function and activities of daily living of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia,and the effect is better than that of single treatment.
