摘 要:目的探讨生物反馈电刺激疗法联合抗阻训练在产后压力性尿失禁(PSUI)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年1月烟台市蓬莱区妇幼保健院收治的106例PSUI患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组采用常规盆底肌训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用生物反馈电刺激疗法联合抗阻训练。对比两组的盆底功能、漏尿情况、盆底肌力。结果训练后,两组盆底障碍影响简易问卷、盆底功能障碍问卷评分均低于训练前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组漏尿量均少于训练前,且观察组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组盆底肌力均优于训练前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激疗法联合抗阻训练可促进PSUI患者的盆底功能恢复,改善盆底肌力和漏尿情况。Objective To investigate the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy combined with resistance training on patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence(PSUI).Methods Selecting 106 patients with PSUI admitted to Penglai District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Yantai City from January 2023 to January 2024 as the research subjects,using a random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine pelvic floor muscle training,while the observation group received biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy combined with resistance training on the basis of the control group.Compare the pelvic floor function,leakage of urine situation,and pelvic floor muscle strength between two groups.Results After training,the scores of the Pelvic Floor Impact Questionnaire-Short Form 7 and the Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-Short Form 20 in both groups were lower than those before training,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the leakage of urine volume of both groups were less than those before training,and the observation group was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the pelvic floor muscle strength of both groups were better than those before training,and the observation group was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy combined with resistance training can promote pelvic floor function recovery,improve pelvic floor muscle strength and leakage of urine situation in patients with PSUI.
