基于DEMATEL-ISM-MICMAC的装配式建筑成本影响因素研究

摘　　要：为准确识别装配式建筑成本影响因素之间的内在联系及关键影响因素,结合成本构成分析、文献分析和专家访谈,从设计、生产、运输、施工等方面确定了17个成本影响因素;运用C-OWA算子改进DEMATEL分析因素的重要性;利用ISM揭示因素间相互作用关系;使用MICMAC模型对因素属性特征进行深入分析.结果表明,依据DEMATEL因果关系图识别出6个关键影响因素;借助ISM构建的多层递阶结构模型将17个成本影响因素划分为5层3类,其中预制构件生产成本是最重要的直接影响因素,国家政策及相关规范是根本影响因素;运用MICMAC模型将成本影响因素划分为自治、依赖、关联、独立4种属性;最后基于研究结果提出针对性建议.To accurately identify the intrinsic relationships among the cost-influencing factors of prefabricated buildings and the key influencing factors,17 cost-influencing factors were determined from aspects such as design,production,transportation,and construction by combining cost composition analysis,literature analysis,and expert interviews.The importance of the factors was analyzed by using the C-OWA operator to improve the DEMATEL method.The interaction relationships among the factors were revealed by utilizing the ISM method.Meanwhile,the attribute characteristics of the factors were deeply analyzed by using the MICMAC model.The results indicated that six key influencing factors were identified based on the causal relationship diagram of DEMATEL.The 17 cost-influencing factors were classified into 5 layers and 3 categories by means of the multi-level hierarchical structure model constructed by ISM.Among them,the production cost of prefabricated components was the most important direct influencing factor,and national policies and relevant regulations were the fundamental influencing factors.The cost-influencing factors were divided into four attributes,namely autonomous,dependent,linked,and independent,by using the MICMAC model.Finally,targeted suggestions were put forward based on the research results.
