摘 要:要持续有效推进高校领导干部常态化讲思政课,仅靠外在制度约束是不够的,必须激发其内驱力。要促成内驱力的生成,就必须回答好“为何生成”“生成什么”和“怎样生成”等基本问题。从价值维度看,高校领导干部常态化讲思政课内驱力的生成是表忠诚、践使命、展形象的现实需要;从内涵维度看,高校领导干部常态化讲思政课的内驱力要以信念坚守、责任担当、人格修炼与能力打造为主要内容;从方法维度看,高校领导干部常态化讲思政课内驱力要通过夯实政治理论基础、强化阵地管理意识、把握“国之大者”要求、做好知行合一表率来激发。只有把握这三重维度,才能真正发挥高校领导干部在推动思政课建设中的“关键少数”作用。To continuously and effectively promote the regular Teaching of ideological and political courses for university leaders,it is not enough to rely solely on external institutional constraints,but also to stimulate their internal drive.To promote the generation of this internal driving force,it is necessary to answer basic questions such as“why it is generated”,“what it is generated”,and“how it is generated”.From the perspective of value,the generation of driving force for university leaders to regularly teach ideological and political courses is a practical need to demonstrate loyalty,fulfill missions,and showcase their image;From the perspective of connotation,the internal driving force for university leaders to regularly teach ideological and political courses should focus on adhering to beliefs,taking responsibility,cultivating personality,and building abilities;From the perspective of methodology,the driving force behind the normalization of ideological and political education courses for university leaders should be stimulated by consolidating the political theoretical foundation,strengthening the awareness of battlefield management,grasping the requirements of the“greater good of the country”,and setting an example of integrating knowledge with action.Only by grasping these three dimensions can we truly leverage the"key minority"role of university leaders in promoting the construction of ideological and political courses.
