摘  要:口腔医学人才的培养须以临床技能培养为核心,临床实践技能对口腔医学生的整体培养意义重大。高职院校以“医教协同”理论为指导,尝试构建以“产教融合、校企合作、科教融汇、工学结合、知行合一”为基础的能力本位临床实践教学体系。通过建立校外实践基地、提前进入生产实习、与校外企业、医院等建立持续合作等方式,发挥学校和医院的双元育人作用。将口腔临床实践教学与人文素养、思维方式训练、科研能力及实践能力培养、社会服务意识等有机结合起来,让高职院校口腔医学学生在实践教学过程中得到全面的素质培养。通过对口腔医学学生的临床实践模式进行改革,运用对学生及教师进行调查问卷分析、教师、专家学者谈话、检索大量文献等方法,论证改革的成效并作出总结及调整。总结经验教训,从而探索出一种适合产教融合背景下口腔医学生临床实践的新模式。The cultivation of oral medicine talents should focus on the cultivation of clinical skills,and clinical practical skills are of great significance for the overall cultivation of oral medicine students.Guided by the theory of"medical education collaboration",vocational colleges attempt to construct a competency based clinical practice teaching system based on the integration of industry and education,school enterprise cooperation,science and education integration,engineering and learning integration,and knowledge and action integration.By establishing off campus practice bases,entering production internships in advance,and establishing continuous cooperation with off campus enterprises,hospitals,etc.,the dual educational role of schools and hospitals can be leveraged.Integrating clinical oral practice teaching with humanistic literacy,thinking style training,scientific research and practical ability cultivation,social service awareness,etc.,to enable vocational college oral medicine students to receive comprehensive quality cultivation in the process of practical teaching.By reforming the clinical practice mode of oral medicine students,using methods such as questionnaire analysis of students and teachers,interviews with teachers and experts,and extensive literature search,the effectiveness of the reform is demonstrated and summarized and adjusted.By summarizing the experience and lessons,a new model suitable for the clinical practice of oral medicine students under the background of the integration of production and education is explored.
