基于扎根理论的“杀猪盘”诈骗网络人际信任的演进机理分析

摘　　要：“杀猪盘”诈骗因其同时给被害人造成经济和心理的双重伤害,且诈骗金额显著高于其他诈骗类型而受到广泛关注。为探究在“杀猪盘”诈骗中诈骗者与受害者之间的网络人际信任形成机制,通过抽取Z市90份“杀猪盘”诈骗案件笔录作为材料主体,运用扎根理论深入剖析受害者的心理和信任演进过程,进而构建出“杀猪盘”诈骗网络人际信任的演进机理模型。研究发现,该种网络人际信任涉及信任主客体与信任演进两个维度,其演进过程包括信任建立、信任博弈、信任深化及信任破裂四个阶段。基于以上发现,应通过反诈宣传策略、主客体互动行为识别、反诈劝阻干预等方法以达成信任阻断之目的,从而有效遏制“杀猪盘”诈骗犯罪,全面提升反诈工作质效。The"pig-butchering"scam has drawn widespread attention due to its dual harm to the victims'economy and psychology,as well as the significantly higher number of scams compared to other types of scams.To explore the formation mechanism of online interpersonal trust between scamsters and victims in the"pigbutchering"scam,90 case records of the"pig-butchering"scam in City"Z"were selected as the subjects of the study,and Grounded Theory was used to deeply analyze the psychology and trust evolution process of the victims.Subsequently,a model of the evolution mechanism of online interpersonal trust in"pig-butchering"scams was constructed.The research found that this kind of online interpersonal trust involves two dimensions:trust subjects and objects,and trust evolution.Its evolution process includes four stages:trust establishment,trust game,trust deepening,and trust breakdown.Based on the above findings,methods such as anti-scam publicity strategies,identification of subject-object interaction behaviors,and anti-scam intervention and persuasion should be adopted to achieve the goal of trust interruption,thereby effectively curbing"pig-butchering"scam crimes and comprehensively improving the quality and efficiency of anti-scam work.
