公安院校网络安全与执法一流专业的实践探索及建设路径研究

摘　　要：公安院校一流本科专业建设是教育部“双一流专业”计划的重要组成部分。近年来,网络安全与执法专业围绕“双万计划”一流专业建设要求开展实践探索,取得了一定成效,但同时也存在着实战化教学改革缺乏整体架构、师资队伍的实战素养不足、创新人才培养缺乏有效措施、实践教学资源匮乏等制约因素。面向未来,网络安全与执法一流本科专业建设应当强化课程思政建设,打造课程思政育人新模式;抓好学科和师资队伍建设,提升专业内涵水平;注重实战能力培养,深化专业教学改革,推进创新人才培养;聚焦创新,聚集资源,全面提高专业建设能力。The construction of first-class majors in police academies is an important part of the"Double Firstclass Major Plan"of the Ministry of Education.In recent years,the major of cybersecurity and law enforcement has carried out practical explorations around the requirements of the"Double Ten Thousand Plan"for the firstclass major construction and achieved certain results,but at the same time,it is restricted by some factors such as lack of an overall framework for practical teaching reform,insufficient practical literacy of the faculty,lack of effective measures for innovative talent cultivation,and scarcity of practical teaching resources.For the future,the construction of first-class majors in cybersecurity and law enforcement should strengthen curriculum ideological and political construction,create new models of ideological and political education through courses,focus on the discipline and faculty development to enhance the level of connotation of the major,emphasize the practical abilities training,deepen professional teaching reform,promote innovative talent cultivation,focus on innovation,gather resources,and comprehensively improve the construction capacity of the major.
