摘　　要：新质生产力与铸牢中华民族共同体意识在理论内涵上相互呼应,在发展进程中紧密相连,在价值追求上高度一致,呈现出本质层面的契合性。基于马克思关于生产力基本形态的三大要素理论,在新质生产力的语境下,深入剖析了新质生产力铸牢中华民族共同体意识的作用机理,新劳动者(人机一体化)成为了铸牢中华民族共同体意识的主体,他们通过掌握先进技术,推动社会进步,增强民族凝聚力;新劳动对象(数实共生)作为介体,促进了数字经济与实体经济的深度融合,为各民族共同发展提供了广阔空间;新生产资料(“智慧互动型”的新劳动工具和“根底革新”的新型基础设施)则作为载体,支撑起了新质生产力的快速发展为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供了坚实的物质基础。新质生产力与铸牢中华民族共同体意识的相互作用关系清晰明确,主要包括三个方面:一是重视新质生产力的主体向度,强化各族群众对国家、民族、文化、政党和道路的认同,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识奠定思想基础;二是共享发展成果,确保新质生产力的发展红利惠及各族人民,提升民族自豪感和归属感;三是完善促进新质生产力健康持续发展的制度体系,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供制度支撑。New-Quality Productivity,a term referring to a core driving force for promoting high-quality economic and social development in China,not only represents a leap and innovation in productivity but also serves as a vital cornerstone for forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.New Quality Productivity and forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation are mutually reinforcing in theoretical connotation,closely linked in their development processes,and highly consistent in value pursuits,exhibiting an essential congruence.In terms of theoretical connotation,firstly,the sense of community for the Chinese nation,as an ideology,exists in a dialectical unity of consciousness and materiality with New-Quality Productivity.Secondly,from a Marxist perspective,people are the creators of history,and New-Quality Productivity relies on the active engagement and creative labor of people from all ethnic groups.Lastly,the cultural concept of national unity and ethnic solidarity advocated by the Chinese nation is a shared prerequisite and foundation for both cultivating New-Quality Productivity and forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.Based on Marx's theory of the three essential elements of productivity,laborers,objects of labor,and means of labor,this paper explores the mechanism by which New-Quality Productivity fosters a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation.New laborers become the subjects of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,driving social progress and enhancing ethnic cohesion by mastering advanced technologies.New labor objects,functioning as intermediaries,facilitate a deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,providing a broad space for a shared development of all ethnic groups.New means of labor,as carriers,support the rapid growth of New-Quality Productivity and provide a solid material basis for forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.The practical path for New-Quality Productivity to forge a
