跨层次网络嵌入下企业数字化绿色转型作用机制研究

摘　　要：明晰企业战略变革到创新实践过程中数字化赋能绿色转型的作用机理对实现“智能+可持续发展”的目标至关重要。本文从宏观、中观和微观多重网络交互嵌入视角切入,构建跨层次网络嵌入调节下的数字化绿色战略柔性、数字化绿色创新与企业数字化绿色转型的理论模型,实证检验数字化绿色转型驱动因素的作用机理和边界。结果显示:数字化绿色战略柔性和数字化绿色创新均能促进企业数字化绿色转型进程,且数字化绿色创新在数字化绿色战略柔性与企业数字化绿色转型关系中起部分中介效应。跨层次网络嵌入在企业数字化绿色战略柔性和数字化绿色创新的关系中未具有调节效应,而在企业数字化绿色创新与数字化绿色转型中存在正向调节。为此,企业宜强化数字化绿色战略内生路径的建设,重视数字化绿色创新及网络关系的助力效应;政府相关部门则需为企业提供宽松的财政政策及因材施策的差异化政策。It is of great importance to clarify the mechanism of digital enabling green transformation in the process of enterprise strategy change to innovation practice,in order to achieve the goal of"intelligence+sustainable development".From the perspective of macro,meso and micro multiple network interaction embedding,this paper constructs a theoretical model of digital green strategy flexibility,digital green innovation and enterprise digital green transformation under the regulation of cross-level network embedding,and empirically tests the mechanism and boundary of the driving factors of digital green transformation.The findings indicate that both digital green strategy flexibility and digital green innovation can facilitate the process of enterprise digital green transformation,and digital green innovation exerts a partial mediating effect on the relationship between digital green strategic flexibility and enterprise digital green transformation.There is no moderating effect on the relationship between enterprise digital green strategy flexibility and digital green innovation,but there is a positive moderating effect between enterprise digital green innovation and digital green transformation.Therefore,enterprises should strengthen the construction of the endogenous path of digital green strategy,attach importance to digital green innovation and the supportive effect of network relationships.The relevant government departments need to provide loose fiscal policies and differentiated policies tailored to individual needs for enterprises.
