协同创新视阈下专业学位研究生内部质量保障体系构建研究

摘　　要：随着我国社会经济结构的转型升级和国际科技竞争的加剧,对专业学位研究生的需求不断增长,对学生的培养质量也提出了更高的标准与要求。从协同创新理论出发,运用质性研究方法对专业学位研究生的内部质量保障体系各个环节进行分析,经过数据检验归纳出专业学位研究生内部质量保障体系的四项关键环节,即双导师联动、课程教学设置、毕业与就业追踪、实习实践管理,通过系统闭环运转、有序循环、持续改进构建专业学位研究生内部质量保障体系模型。应用该模型探索我国专业学位研究生内部质量保障体系重点监控环节的运作,并提出了专业学位研究生内部质量保障体系的优化策略。Along with the transformation and upgrading of social and economic structure of our country and the intensification of competition in international science and technology,the demand for professional degree graduate students is increasing,and higher standards and requirements are also put forward for their training quality.Start from the theory of collaborative innovation,qualitative research methods are applied to analyze all aspects of the internal quality assurance system of professional degree postgraduates.Through data inspection,four key aspects of the internal quality assurance system of professional degree postgraduates are summarized,namely,dual-tutor linkage,course teaching setting,graduation and employment tracking,and internship practice management.The internal quality assurance system model of professional degree postgraduates is built by external deep integration.This model is used to explore the operation of the key monitoring link of the internal quality assurance system for professional degree postgraduates in China,and to put forward the optimization strategy of the internal quality assurance system for professional degree postgraduates.
