摘  要:随着“技能中国”战略的提出,对高技能人才的需求日益增长,以“技能中国”建设为背景,分析职业院校培养“江南工匠”特色人才的现实意义。通过设立江南工匠培养目标,采用分层培育,创新产教融合机制,构建了“四联五共、三进三化”的江南工匠人才培养模式。在苏州信息职业技术学院实践以来,提升了人才培养质量,为社会培养出更多具有“江南工匠”特色的高技能技术人才。With the proposal of the"Skilled China"strategy,the demand for highly skilled talents is increasing day by day.Taking the construction of"Skilled China"as the background,this paper analyzes the practical significance of cultivating talents with the characteristics of"Jiangnan Craftsmen"in vocational colleges.By setting up the training objectives for craftsmen in Jiangnan,adopting hierarchical cultivation,and innovating the integration mechanism of industry and education,a talent training model for craftsmen in Jiangnan featuring"four links,five commonalities,three advances,and three modernizations"has been constructed.Since its practicing at Suzhou College of Information Technology,the quality of talent cultivation has been improved,and more highly skilled technical talents with the characteristics of"Jiangnan craftsmen"have been cultivated for society.
