江苏中小企业金融评价模型构建分析——基于江浙两省的比较

摘　　要：文章旨在构建中小企业金融服务生态评价模型,对江苏省内中小企业当前面临的金融服务状况与服务水平进行测评。该模型包含江苏金融发展评价指标体系和江苏中小企业金融服务指标体系,设立江苏中小企业金融服务指标体系三个一级指标,并拆分为九个二级指标。以江浙两省作为互相比较对象,运用AHP的竞争力综合指数法,对江浙两省中小企业金融服务现状进行测度,通过对比找出江苏当前金融发展与金融服务中的优势与不足,并得出扩展中小企业的间接融资渠道是政府推动金融创新、打破中小企业融资瓶颈的重要突破口的结论。This article aims to build an ecological evaluation model of financial service for small and medium-sized enterprises to evaluate the current financial service situations and levels faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu Province.The model includes Jiangsu financial development evaluation index system and Jiangsu small and medium-sized enterprise financial service index system,with three first-level indicators for small and medium-sized enterprise financial service index system,which are further divided into nine second-level indicators.Taking Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces as comparative objects,and applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)comprehensive competitiveness index method,the current status of financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces is measured.Through comparison,the advantages and disadvantages of Jiangsu's current financial development and financial services are identified,and the conclusion is drawn that expanding indirect financing channels for small and medium-sized enterprises is an important breakthrough for the government to promote financial innovation and break the financing bottleneck for small and medium-sized enterprises.
