摘 要:多元化评价从多维度、多层次出发,结合过程性评价、能力评价和成果评价等多种形式,既考查学生的学术素养,又兼顾其在实践中的职业能力和创新思维培养。当前,专业学位硕士教育中存在评价方式单一、评价标准欠缺等问题,必须对其进行革新,探索适应新时代需求的多元化评价模式。文章基于多元化评价的理论基础,提出构建四维一体评价标准、实施过程性评价和规范硬科技成果认定流程等实施措施,进一步深化校企合作,突破传统评价体系的局限性,全面提升研究生教育质量。Diversified evaluation,which integrates multi-dimensional and multi-level approaches including processoriented evaluation,competency-based evaluation,and outcome-based evaluation,assesses students'academic literacy while also considering their professional capabilities and innovative thinking in practical settings.Aiming to address issues such as single-dimensional evaluation methods and insufficient evaluation criteria in current professional master's education,it is essential to innovate and explore diversified evaluation models that meet the needs of the new era.Based on the theoretical foundation of diversified evaluation,this paper proposes implementation measures such as constructing four-dimensional integrated evaluation criteria,implementing process-oriented evaluation,and standardizing the certification process for hardcore technology achievements.These measures further deepen industry-education collaboration,break through the limitations of traditional evaluation systems,and comprehensively improve the quality of postgraduate education.
