摘  要:高职院校科教融汇育人联结教育、产业、科技三大系统的人才培养需求,通过知识、技术、技能与创新素养的综合培育,有效解决技术技能人才创新实践能力、解决技术难题能力不足等问题。文章在分析高职院校科教融汇育人内涵、价值和问题的基础上,厘清“科魂匠心”育人目标,提出“科魂浸入”赋能思想政治教育、“成果嵌入”赋值专业理论教学、“平台融入”赋效专业实践教学、“项目导入”赋力创新创业教育的育人优化路径,为高职院校深入实施科教融汇育人、培养创新型技术技能人才提供参考和借鉴。Science-education integration in higher vocational colleges connects the talent cultivation needs of education,industry,and science&technology systems.Through the comprehensive cultivation of knowledge,technology,skills,and innovative literacy,it effectively addresses the insufficient innovative practice and technical problem-solving abilities of technical-skilled talents.Based on analyzing the connotation,value,and challenges of science-education integration in talent cultivation,this paper clarifies the educational goal of"scientific spirit and craftsmanship."It proposes optimized cultivation pathways,including:empowering ideological and political education through"scientific spirit immersion,"enhancing professional theoretical teaching through"achievement embedding,"effectuating professional practical teaching through"platform integration,"and strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education through"project introduction."This study provides references and insights for higher vocational colleges to deeply implement scienceeducation integration and cultivate innovative technical-skilled talents.
