摘　　要：高职院校产业学院能够将企业核心岗位要求和技术要领引入教学,多方协同打造实景化“教学工场”,从而提升技能型人才培养质量,推动企业发展。文章对四川省9所民办高职院校36个产业学院建设现状进行分析,总结民办高职院校产业学院建设主要经验,从“完善制度设计,制定运行规范”“发挥体系优势,激发建设活力”“完善治理机制,加强运行保障”三个方面对民办高职院校产业学院建设进行展望。Industrial colleges in higher vocational institutions can introduce the core job requirements and technical essentials of enterprises into teaching.Multiple parties collaborate to create a real-scene"teaching workshop",improving the quality of skilled talent cultivation and promoting enterprise development.This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of 36 industrial colleges in 9 private higher vocational colleges in Sichuan Province,summarizes the main experiences in the construction of industrial colleges in private higher vocational colleges,and looks ahead to the construction of industrial colleges in private higher vocational colleges from three aspects:"improving system design and formulating operation norms;leveraging system advantages to stimulate construction vitality;improving governance mechanisms and strengthening operational guarantees".
