摘  要:加强高校教务队伍建设能更好地发挥教务人员在人才培养中的作用,而“三全育人”理念为此提供了理论支持和实践指引。在“三全育人”理念下,教务人员既是日常教学的管理者和教育教学的服务者,又是价值塑造的引领者。加强高校教务队伍建设,需要找准思想政治建设、梯队建设和能力建设这三个主要着力点,并通过将以党建引领教务工作、发挥领导干部的带头作用、建立长效的学习与培训机制、加强工作协同等举措来提高教务队伍建设水平。Strengthening the construction of the academic affairs team in universities can better play the role of academic personnel in talent cultivation,and the concept of"three full-education"provides theoretical support and practical guidance for this.Under the concept of"three full-education",academic personnel are not only managers of daily teaching and service providers of education,but also leaders in shaping values.To strengthen the construction of the academic affairs team in universities,it is necessary to identify the three main focus points of ideological and political construction,team building,and capacity building,and improve the level of academic affairs team construction through measures such as leading the academic affairs work with party building,giving full play to the leading role of leading cadres,establishing long-term learning and training mechanisms,and strengthening work coordination.
