摘　　要：藤茶是一种富含黄酮类、多酚、挥发油等活性物质的植物,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗病原微生物等生物学活性。在畜禽应用中发现,藤茶提取物可提高畜禽生长和生产性能、屠宰性能、肉品质及调节机体免疫等作用,作为饲用产品具有较大的应用前景。本文综述了藤茶提取物的活性成分、生物学功能及在畜禽生产中的应用,以期为畜禽绿色高效养殖提供参考。Ampelopsis grossedentata is a natural plant rich in active compounds such as flavonoids,polyphenols,and volatile oils,which exhibits biological activities including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and antibacterial.In livestock and poultry applications,Ampelopsis grossedentata extract has been found to improve growth and production performance,slaughter performance,meat quality,and regulate immune function,demonstrating great potential as a feed additive.This article summarized the active components,biological functions,and applications of Ampelopsis grossedentata extract in livestock and poultry production,in order to provide reference for green and efficient breeding.
